Requirements • You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok. You do not simply have account management experience but are used to getting your hands dirty. Experience with Snapchat, Twitter (X), Google Ads/DV360, and any other platform is a plus, • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You are able to succinctly explain technical concepts in clear terms to non-technical audiences. You do not hide behind industry jargon, • You are passionate about developments in digital advertising and the wider media landscape. You stay up-to-date on the latest topics that affect how we execute campaigns and drive value for our clients: creative best practices, AI, conversion tracking, audiences, and more, • You are analytical and enjoy analyzing large data sets in order to identify patterns and extract actionable insights that are then shared with the Campaigns team, • You have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with dashboard tools like Looker, Tableau or PowerBI is a plus, as is basic knowledge of SQL, • You have experience designing, implementing, and reporting on A/B tests, a strong understanding of incrementality and can distinguish between correlation and causation, • You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus, • You are a self-starter and lifelong learner. You are curious and proactive; you don’t wait to be taught new skills but actively identify areas of opportunity for your development and that of the wider business What the job involves • We are seeking a Paid Social expert, with expertise on Meta and TikTok, to join our team of talented professionals, • You’ll be joining an internal unit of digital advertising experts, working closely with our Campaigns and Design teams to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of marketing for our clients, • Consult the Campaigns team on day-to-day requests regarding forecasting, technical assistance, and strategic input on campaigns • Proactively ensure that our campaigns remain best-in-class, • Challenge and constantly improve our existing paid social setup in order to maximize the outcome of each campaign, • Regularly present key findings as part of our test-and-learn agenda, ensuring we proactively communicate these to our Campaigns team so learnings are applied, • Train the wider team in priority topics surrounding paid social and the broader digital marketing space, • Provide impactful analysis to drive our strategic decisions regarding the main paid social channels, • Use your extensive knowledge of paid social platforms to continuously improve our internal campaigning tools in collaboration with our team, • Ensure the flawless execution of internal and external split tests and lift studies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs21,348.59 - Rs72,574.87 per month
